Lord Long, 77, and wife Lady Helen are selling the three-bed 1930s bungalow on Towan Island for £750,000.
The house, which boasts three reception rooms, three bathrooms and a panoramic view, sits on an 80ft rocky outcrop and is joined to the mainland at Newquay, Cornwall, by a footbridge.
